No. 870125676 dated 30.06.2021 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 316800/- vide R. No. 577137603 dated 30.06.2021 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 636000/- vide UTR No. 001ONCF222220159 dated 10.08.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 316300/- under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 18.06.2025 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and adequate upto 28.06.2025 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 after adjusting late fee / penalty as well as NOC regularization fee against the total cost of the project Rs. 114.83 crores.</span></p>

No satisfactory reply could be given by the representative of the project proponent regarding the disconnection of sewer connection. IT is appropriate to mentioned here that the project proponent has applied for disposal of treated domestic effluent onto land for plantation and partially into sewer, which is contradictory to the site visit.</span></span></p>
