CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2022/19572901 dated 17.08.2022 valid upto 16.08.2023 for the establishment of rice shelling unit </span><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">in an area of </span></strong><strong><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">32 Kanal 5.5 Marlas </span></strong><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">[24 Kanals bearing Khasra no. 82//4(8-0), 6(8-0), 7(8-0) and 08 kanal 5.5 marlas from Kharsa no. 82//8/1/2(5-14), 3/2/2(5-2), 5/1(4-12) in the revenue estate of village Talwandi Kalan, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana</span><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> </span></strong><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">to manufacture raw rice @ 06 TPH with dryer & sortex.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The rice sheller has applied for Fresh ‘Consents to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 to manufacture raw rice @ 06 TPH with dryer & sortex. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The rice sheller has submitted C.A. certificate dated 19.01.2023 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 201.05 lacs. </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The rice sheller has deposited Rs. 1,08,000/- vide online receipt no. 945663132 dated 23.01.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and deposited Rs. 1,08,000/- vide online receipt no. 182448721 dated 23.01.2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2032 under both acts (considering the date of commissioning as 01.10.2022). The industry has also deposited Rs. 2400/- vide online receipt no. 182448721 dated 23.01.2023 as NOC regularization fee. The industry has submitted copy of electricity bill as proof of date of commissioning of the unit and as per this the unit has been commenced from Sept, 2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 30.01.2023 and it was observed as under:</span></p>

The rice sheller is established in 32 Kanal 05 Marla area for which it had obtained Consent to Establish / NOC from the Board.</span></p>

The industry has also provided stacks of adequate heights with APCDs along with provisions to facilitate emission sample. </span></p>
