Mills, Village Panjgrain Kalan and M/s Mahavir Industries, Village Panjgrain Kalan, Tehsil Kotkapura, District Faridkot. The said appeal by the appellant was dismissed vide Hon'ble court orders dated 11.02.2020 (copy attached). </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 3;"> </span>Another complaint case CS/463/2019 was filed against the industry M/s Maa Durga Rice & Gen Mills by Baba Ishar Singh Ji Welfare Sewa Society(Regd). The said suit was dismissed as withdrawn vide Hon'ble Court orders dated 11.09.2021 (copy attached).</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"> </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">iv)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">Air emission samples could not be collected as team from laboratory was not present during the visit. The same will be collected after coordinating with the air laboratory team during this season.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Submitted for approval as already recommended vide note dated 18.01.2023, subject to additional condition that the consent to operate will be subject to the final decision of the civil suit, if any pending against the industry, its partners / owners. </span></p> |
