Mills, Village Panjgrain Kalan and M/s Mahavir Industries, Village Panjgrain Kalan, Tehsil Kotkapura, District Faridkot. The said appeal by the appellant was dismissed vide Hon'ble court orders dated 11.02.2020 (copy attached).</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">iii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry has installed separate APCDs with shelling section and paddy cleaner section, which is exclusively provided with both the above mentioned sections and not common with any industry.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">iv)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">Domestic effluent generated from the office block and labour quarters is being discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank. The pipeline earlier provided for discharge of domestic effluent into Deviwala has been permanently plugged. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">v)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">Air emission samples of the industry will be collected after coordinating with the laboratory team.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Submitted for approval as already recommended vide note dated 18.01.2023, subject to additional condition that the consent to operate will be subject to the final decision of the civil suit, if any pending against the industry, its partners / owners. </span></p> |
