| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was decided as under:-
1. The industry has not submitted year-wise details of the increase of CA certificate and new machinery installed and has not submitted the value of Land in its CA Certificate.
2. The industry has not submitted a report of the committee constituted by the Punjab State Council for Science & Technology w.r.t. project titled “Development of Pollution Prevention & Mitigation Measures for the Plywood industrial Sector” under Mission Tandrust Punjab.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be taken.
