<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">ii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed one no. extruder, one no. injection moulding, one no. grinder and two no. mixtures for manufacturing of plastic crates and chairs.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">iii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has no source of trade effluent generation and domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation along the boundary wall.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;">The industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 31.12.2031 / upto adequacy of fee with suitable conditions alongwith specific conditions as under:</p>

SO. 438/P.A9/1994/S30/2016 dated 29.03.2016 issued by the Department of Rural Development & Panchayat, Govt. of Punjab in letter & spirit.</p>
