It is intimated that the reply submitted by the PP is satisifatory as it has developed a 15-meter buffer zone to ward off the Air pollution industry,it has deposited BG 5 lacs and it has installed the adequate stack height with DG set.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> May If approved, the CTO under the Air Act, 1981 be grnated upto 31/3/2024 with special conditions as proposed by E.E, RO and additional conditions may also be imposed that (1) PP shall comply with the decisions of hearing held on 4/8/2022 issued vide Board leter no. 4519-20 dated 22/7/2022 in true letter and spirit. (2) The project proponent shall install the smog gun to control the dust emission to be generated from the construction activities of the project. (3) E.E RO shall request to visit the site of the project as per protocoal framed by the Board for decide the bank gurantee of Rs. 5.0 Lacs to verify the compliance made by the P.P regarding decisions of hearing dated 4/8/2022, verify mode of disposal and verify compliance with other Environment Laws accordingly.</span></p>
