<p>Note history perused. E.E. R O vide note dated 16/1/2023 has recommended for issue of SCN with personal hearing before Competent Authority of the Board in view of regular complaints regarding problem of fly ash in the adjoinng areas. EE, ZO vide note dated 18/1/2023 has instead giving detailed note on the previous violations and compliances recommended to direct RO to revisit the complaint site. The recommendations of the study regarding fly ash management carried out by TIET was not incorporated. The case was reverted back to RO without any approval of the Competent Authority .
