<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consents and as per agenda note, the industry was visited on 12.01.2023 and observed that there is no source of trade effluent generation only domestic effluent is discharge into sewer. Entire cooling water is being re-circulated</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white; margin: 8.2pt .2pt .0001pt 0cm;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act 1974 may be renewed to the industry upto 30.09.2027 with usual conditions and with special condition that the industry shall submit air emission sample analysis report of induction furnace analyzed from Boards Lab within 02 months.
