With reference to your clarification, I Vaneet Gupta, Director of the Company, submit on behalf of the Company, that we have disposed-off the DG set installed in the unit and at present, there is no DG set lying in the premises and in future too we will not install any type of DG set in the unit and in future if there is any requirement of installing the same then we will apply for the same before installing it. Further, at the time of recent revisit of the officer of the PPCB, there is no DG set lying in the unit . We are attaching herewith the photos of the room, where DG set was lying. So, you are requested to process our case for grant of consent under the Air Act. |
