<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">Kindly peruse the reply of the clarification submitted by the industry, wherein Sh. Vaneet Gupta, Director of the unit has submitted that they have removed the DG set installed in their premises and presently no DG set is lying there, further, they will not install any type of DG set in their unit in future as well.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">In consideration of the above and earlier </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">recommendations sent by RO</span><span style="font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; background: white;">, if approved, the varied consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the unit subject to suitable conditions and a special condition that the industry shall not install any DG set and/ or any other source of air pollution without obtaining prior written permission from the Board.</span> <strong>Furthermore, the RO be endorsed to verify the claim of the industry that the DG set (previously observed by officer of RO without canopy & adequate stack height) has been removed from its premises.</strong></p> |
