No plastic carry bag stock / carry bags was found stored in the premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">2)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has installed one no. extruder machine, one no. cutter and mixture machine.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">3)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Washing of scrap has not been provided by the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">4)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has installed wet scrubber as APCD with the extruder machine and same was inline and operation able condition.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -45pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">5)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">No trade effluent was being generated by the industry and it has provided 02 no. underground pucca collection tanks for storage of domestic effluent generated from the premises with discharge of the same into the Focal Point sewer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 99pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry was found complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
