<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. it is intimated RO has reported that the industry has applied CTO under both Acts with two different industrial IDs without removing the complete observations due to which earlier applications were returned. The industry has not filled any detail in its Water Application as well as Air Application. But RO has not visited the site to verify the Environmental law . </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> May if approved SCN for refusal CTO under Water Act,1974 be issued to the industry with an opportunity to submit the written reply within 7 days. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry and visit the site to verify the compliance with conditions of the previous CTO granted to it as well as verify the compliance with Environmental law and send the report along with fresh recommendations. </span></p>
