<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">To verify the compliance, the institute was visited by undersigned (AEE) on 31.01.2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">1. The institute is a School with strength of 600 students without any hostel facility.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">2. Domestic effluent was being discharged onto land for plantation after passing though septic tank.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">3. The institute has installed canopy based DG set of capacity 40 KVA.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">4. The institute has provided bins for storage of solid waste generated from the institute and the same is being lifted by the piggeries farm owner.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">5. No MAH industry falls in radius of 300 meters from a boundary of school but one brick kiln falls in radius 100 meters from school boundary and two brick kiln falls in radius 300 meters from school boundary.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">6. The institute has provided plantation line of Eucalyptus trees of adequate height towards the direction of brick kiln.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">7. The representative of the institute has not produced CLU obtained from Department of Town & Country Planning.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">The institute is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the institute upto 30.09.2027 for operation of the school with strength of 600 students, subject to special condition that the institute will obtain change of land use from the Department of Town & Country Planning or any other Competent Authority. The Board will not be responsible for any loss, in case the institute not obtain CLU of land on account of non-obtaining of such permission.</span></p>
