<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Reply submitted by the industry - In Vijay plastic, we have different plastic grades and we are recycling these grades in different units. Because of this quality reason we have given numbers like unit no 1,2,3 and 4.</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The reply submitted by the industry for point no. 1 has already been incorporated by this office while processing the case and reply for point no. 2 is not satisfactory. The industry is a single firm under the same & style of M/s Vijay Plastics with a single MSME registration, GST certificate. But, it has 4 no. files with Punjab Pollution Control Board in the name of Unit-1, Unit-2, Unit-3 and Unit-4, which are located in a single piece of land bifurcated by providing separating brick walls. The industry has made expansion in the subject cited unit i.e. Unit-1. </span></p> |
