<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry has attached approved building plan from the Director of Factories, Punjab vide no. DOF220912097 dated 22.09.2022 (copy attached) and the industry has submitted demand draft of Rs. 7200/- as advance air emission sampling charges in this office.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"> Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30/09/2027 for operation of rice sheller unit to manufacture Raw rice with dryer @ 5.0 TPH alongwith sortex machine of capacity 4.0 TPH of sorted rice, under Orange category, subject to the suitable conditions alongwith special condition that the industry shall get its emission analyzed from Board’s lab within 15 days.</p> |
