<p>As reported by Regional Office, the unit has not been operated since last one and half year due to non allottment of tender. Therefore, the monitoring of the industry could not be carried out by the Regional Office. Accordingly the RO has recommended for grant of short time consent i.e. upto 14.01.2024.</p>
<p>If approved the validity of Water Consent may be extended upto 14.01.2024 with the condition that the industry shall inform the Regional Office before retart of its operation and get the stack emission monitoring from Board Lab. within one month as soon as the unit is restart its operation.</p>
