The site of the Project Proponent was visited on 04/01/2023 and effluent samples were collected from inlet and outlet of STP. As per analysis report received from head office lab, all the parameters are within prescribed limits i.e. pH - 7.7 against the prescribed limit of 6.0 – 8.5, BOD – 10 mg/l against the prescribed limit of 30 mg/l, TSS – 15 mg/l against the prescribed limit of 100 mg/l and F.coli – 680 MPN/100ml against the prescribed limit of 1000 MPN/100ml.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">In view of facts mentioned above and recommendations given by Regional Office if approved renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30/09/2027 (upto the adequacy of consent fee) subject to the conditions as imposed earlier and special condition that the project proponent shall keep proper record regarding operation of STP, water meter record to ascertain the discharge quantity of treated wastewater over the plantation area please.</span></p>
