CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2022/18827847 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2022/18828085 dated 05.07.2022 each, both valid upto 04.01.2023 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>for dyeing of yarn/fabric @ 2000 Kg/D with discharge of treated trade effluent @ 200 KLD onto land for plantation after ETP & domestic effluent @ 2.0 KLD into sewer alongwith one FBC boiler of capacity @ 02 TPH & one DG set of capacity 75 KVA with special condition that the industry shall get its effluent samples analyzed from Board’s lab. The <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">electricity connection of the industry was temporarily restored upto 04.01.2023.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">B)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for dyeing of yarn/fabrics @ 2000 kgs/day and discharge of treated trade effluent @ 200 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment through ETP & domestic effluent @ 2 KLD into sewer</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> alongwith one FBC boiler of capacity @ 02 TPH & one DG set of capacity 75 KVA<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">. The industry had already deposited </span><span style="color: black;">Rs. 7200/- vide UTR. No. 69694431 dated 25.05.2022 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 7200/- vide </span>UTR. No. 162926378 dated 25.05.2022 under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.04.2024 under <span style="color: black;">said Acts.</span></span></p>

Apart from it has also installed 03 cabinet (1 x 120 Kg, 1 x 60 kg, 1 x 30 Kg) & 02 winch machines, however, these machines are lying in dismantled condition and not in use.</span></p>

HRU followed by twin cyclone has been provided as APCD along with adequate stack. However, boiler is not in operation due to non-operation of unit, hence air sampling could not be carried out.</span></p>
