<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The industry has submitted application for obtaining varied consents after replacing of 6 TPH<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>furnace with 10 TPH.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Since, the industry has made partial compliance of conditions of EC and has yet to develop green area over newly purchased land of 6 Kanals 11.66 Marla.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">It is therefore recommended that the industry be granted short term consents i.e. upto 30/09/2023 subject to additional conditions imposed by AEE in his note.</span></p> |
