<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Sir, in reply to the observations raised by Competent Authority, clarification was raised to the industry to submit the necessary detail and documents w.r.t. additional plantation area for the disposal of treated documents effluent. However, the project proponent has failed to submit the reply till date. The project proponent has not installed mechanical composter till date being a bulk waste generator. As such, show cause notice may be issued for refusal of consent to operate please.</p> |
