<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">It is intimated that the consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, valid upto 21.01.2018 for Cold Storage of Vegetable, Fruits, potatoes 27500 bags per annum </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">as conditioned mentioned therein under the name and style of M/s Bansal Cold Storage Pvt. Ltd., C-34-35, Focal Point, Nabha, Distt. Patiala. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents under the new name and style of M/s Gaumukh Cold Storage Private Limited. The industry has deposited Rs. 13775/- vide UTR No. SBIN222066258597 dated 07.03.2022 & Rs. 18000/- vide UTR No. P360220210777192 dated 26.12.2022 as water consent fee and Rs. 13775/- vide UTR no. SBIN222066258176 dated 07.03.2022 & Rs. 18000/- vide UTR No. P360220210777484 dated 26.12.2022 as air consent fee against the fixed assets of Rs. 58.75 lakh as on 20.01.2022 as per CA certificate dated 21.01.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted compliance report of consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 01.02.2023 and Sh. Rajiv Bansal, Director of the industry was contacted. During visit, it was observed as under: </span></p>

The site of industry falls in the Industrial Focal point, Nabha. The representative of the unit was informed to apply to CTE expansion from the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping above in view, it is recommended that short term consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 granted to the industry for six months under green category with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall obtain Consent to Establish for expansion of its unit within 07 days.</span></p> |
