The application was scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The unit has not submitted proofs regarding obtaining raw material through legal sources duly verified by the Department of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar/Sri Anandpur Sahib.
2. The unit is requested to deposit the consent fee for 05 years under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 as per policy of the Board.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 03 day so that the application can be processed further. |
