<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that the PP has submitted the reply of showcause notice and the PP claimed taht the total built up area of the project is about 10063 sq.m ,which is less than 20,000/sq.m.As per the special condition of NC, the PP has not submitted any NOC from the PWRDA for ground water abstraction and the PP is complying with remaining condition of NOC granted to it.</p>
