<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Sir, as per the record file, the site was earlier visited 24.09.2019. No complaint / action is pending against the project proponent. As per circular no. CEE (HQ)/F.No./957/2016/59 dated 02/02/2016, the case for renewal of NOC/Consent to operate for Orange & Green category industries is to be processed based on self-certification submitted by the industry to the effect that it is complying with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, as such, the unit covers under orange category.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be auto renewed upto 30.06.2026 subject to suitable terms and conditions as per earlier consents granted by the Board and the site shall be visited in due course of time.</p> |
