<p style="text-align: justify;">Gone through prevous record / history and observed that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. When initially applied in 2019, cost of plant and machinery as per CA certificate was about 125.61 Lacs as on 31.10.2019. Later on, it was 241 Lacs as per CA certificate dated 31.07.2021 and 410.28 Lacs as on 30.11.2021 (present application). hence, the industry has expanded its plant and machinery is 3.25 times without any permission / NOC from the Board. No details of the expansion submitted.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Despite the major expansions, the industry continue to apply for same pollution data under Air Act, 1981 and Water Act, 1974.\</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The industry is required to provide last three month data of water consumption and trade effluent discharge to the CETP and the water consumption / effluent data of year 2019 when first consent was applied.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. As per MC, Ludhiana certificate dated 30.08.2016, CLU is granted for Industry (Hosiery) but not for waste water generating processes like printing / washing / dyeing etc.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">SCN for refusal of consent with short date of hearing may be issued to the industry, please. </p> |
