| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The authorities are required to submit CA certificate indicating value of gross fixed assets as on March 2022, to adjudge the adequacy of consent fee.
2. The authorities are required to submit compliance report of conditions earlier granted to it in Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974.
3. As per decisions of hearing held on 15.09.2020 before Chairman of the Board, the authorities have not submitted BG of Rs. 25,00000/- in this office, till date. As such, authorities are required to submit the details of same.
The STP is requested to clarify the observations within 3 days to further process the application.
