<p style="text-align: justify;">There is difference between the machinery mentioned at the time of last consent and reported in the note history of present consent. Moreover, AEE while reporting the machinery this time has not provided the details of cone dyeing machines. Average discharge verified from records is based on the present actual discharge but it does not reflect the peak discharge / maximum discharge during the particular month. An analysis of last six months with maximum discharge on particular month is to be checked.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">On the basis of machinery installed, calculations of water consumption / effluent discharge considering the type of dyeing (polyster, PC, Cotton, Yarn etc.) including the effluent from other sources like condensate, cooling, boiler blowdown, DM / softner / RO plant rejects / corrections etc. is to be done so as to check that effluent at maximum capacity shall not exceed the consented / share values.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">RO to report as above and clarify as to whether any new dyeing machinery / polluting machinery added considering between the present / past reporting and CA certificates.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">RO to provide report by 03.02.2023 considering that the application is received on 12.01.2023 and is required to be disposed off, immediately.</p> |
