<p>Sir, In compliance to the observations , it is submitted that there are two types of effluents generated from the industry, One is the effluent generated from washing of dyes used in aluminium casting and second is tge domestic effluent generated from toilets</p>
<p>As already detailed in the agenda note, The industry has provided 1 septic tank for treatment of domestic effleuent generated from labour site toilets/ washrooms and its outlet is given to the plantation inside the industry in an area of about 70M2 approx. The industry has now maintained ridges and furrows in the plantation area.</p>
<p>For the second effluent that is washing effluent generated from washing of dyes, The industry has constructed 3 nos of settling tank for recirculating the washed waste water generated from process of washing of dyes which are used for moulding of aluminium in requisite sizes and has also installed water meter on the make up water line . The industry is using only hot water for washing of dyes and is not using any detergent / soap / any chemical.</p>
<p>The recirculation system is adequate.</p>
<p>No other kind of effluent is generated from the industrial premises and the tanks as observed during earlier visit have now been removed.</p>
<p>It is recommended that CTO may be granted upto the validity of consent fees as the industry has now made compliance to the observations made during the earlier visit.</p> |
