<p class="MsoNormal">1. The hotel has not submitted lease deed.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2. The hotel has not mentioned its land lease value in its project report, hence, adequacy of NOC fee could not be adjudged.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">3. The hotel has failed to submit the land classification from the competent authority.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">4. The hotel has not submitted its air and water pollution control scheme to be adopted along with disposal of solid waste.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">5. The hotel has not submitted approved map from the competent authority.</p>
