CTE/Fresh/BTI/2022/18431457 dated 27.04.2022 valid upto 26.04.2023 under green category for the manufacturing of <a name="_Hlk94603981"></a>UPVC Door & Windows and Aluminium windows & doors by using raw material UPVC Section @ 0.5 MTD & Aluminium Section @ 0.25 MTD with suitable conditions along with special condition that In future, if category of the industry will be specified by the Board under Red/Orange Category, then the industry shall be bound to obtain consents to operate under the said specified category and shall also be bound to deposit the balance consent to establish (CTE) if any.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Now, the industry has applied for the fresh consent to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 under Green Category <a name="_Hlk126236216"></a>for the manufacturing of UPVC Door & Windows and Aluminium windows & doors by using raw material UPVC Section @ 0.5 MTD & Aluminium Section @ 0.25 MTD through online on OCMMS with requisite documents. </span></p>

N014232291359800 dated 14.01.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 16800/- through online vide no. N012232289353406 dated 12.01.2023 under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.12.2024.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has installed all the machinery as per proposal during NOC for the manufacturing of UPVC Door & Windows and yet to install the machinery for manufacturing of Aluminium windows & doors.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">There is no such process from where trade effluent is generated.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has installed one no. cutting machine for UPVC material for which in-built dust collector has been installed by the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">There is no such process or source from where any process emissions or air emissions generated.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has provided septic tank for the treatment of domestic effluent and treated domestic effluent is disposed onto land for plantation along boundary.</span></p>
