<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">As the industry has now made compliance of <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>the observations earlier observed by the officer of the Board and has deposited consent fee which is adequate upto 31.3.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted varied consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 upto 31.03.2027 with suitable conditions, as proposed by AEE, please.</span></p> |
