<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">In above regard, it is submitted that as per analysis results of waste water sample collected on 24.01.2023, the concentration of various parameters (ph-6.9, TSS-BDL, TDS-510 mg/l, COD-28 mg/l, BOD-8 mg/l and Oil & Grease-BDL) is found within prescribed limits. </span></p>

<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">But, lot of stagnation was observed in the plantation area outside the industrial premises. The plantation area has acquired the shape of a pond and most of the plants were either dead or have fallen. The ETP was in operation, but no record has been maintained w.r.t the quantity of treated effluent fed to RO system. Moreover, the EMF have been installed at the improper location, as a taping is directly given to plantation area from the outlet of ETP and no dedicated EMF has been provided at the Inlet of the RO plant.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">In view of above, it is recommended that application of the industry for obtaining consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may refused and Regional Office may be requested to initiate further action against the industry through separate note.</span></p>
