<p>R/sir, the site of the industry was visited by the undersigned on 01.02.2023 and following observations were made: - </p>
<p>1. The industry has now removed the exhaust fan, which were ealier used to emit process emissions outside working shed without treatment.</p>
<p>2. The industry has now repaired top suction hood followed by wet scrubber to extract and treat process emissions on the extruder.</p>
<p>Therefore, the industry is now complying with the decisions of the personal hearing as well as Environment Laws.</p>
<p>May, if approved, recommendations may be sent to SEE, ZO-II, Patiala for grant of renewal of consente Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981, upto 30.09.2027 (adequacy of fee).</p> |
