<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; background: white;">The HCF has deposited ‘consent to operate’ of Rs. 50,500/- (Rs. 25000/- each under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 )vide R. no. 79/5523 dated 25.01.2023, which is adequate upto 30.06.2029 under both Acts, after adjustment of previous fee for the period from 2017.</span></p>
