| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and various discrepancies observed as under:
1. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the earlier consents granted by the Board i.e. PART-D: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER AIR ACT, 1981.
2. The CA certificate submitted by the project proponent is not proper i.e. CA certificate showing the depreciated value of the project.
1. The project proponent needs to submit compliance report regarding compliance of the decisions of the meeting held by the worthy Chairman of the Board on 24.09.2021 with the Punjab Marriage Palace and Resorts Association
3. The project proponent needs to submit detail regarding installation / development of vermiccomposting pits for the treatment and disposal of solid waste.
As such, it is requested to clarify regarding the same within 3 days so as to proceed further in the matter. |
