<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, upto 30.06.2023 subjected to the suitable conditions and special conditions that the industry shall shift its unit in designated industrial area as per provisions of Notified Master Plan, Ludhiana.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Old DG set (without canopy) shall either be removed by the industyr or alternatevily be sealed by the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. Directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 may be issued to the industry for temporarily restoration of electric connection upto 30.06.2023, please.</p> |
