<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry has submitted feasibility report based on MBBR technology of capacity 10 KLD which is principally adequate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) may be granted to the project proponent for one year with suitable condition and special conditions that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The project proponent will utilize the part of treated water (10 KLD) for green on the land developed as per Karnal Technology and maintain the record of the same. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The project proponent shall obtain permission from the CGWA for the abstraction of additional quantity of ground water.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The project proponent shall carry out the construction work of STP at the site, in commensurate with the construction work of the project and shall not allow any occupancy in the project, till the time STP is installed and commissioned at the site</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. The project proponent shall provide separate water meter and energy meter for the STP and maintain record of the same on daily basis.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. The promoter shall not allow any occupancy in the project till the time adequate arrangements for treatment & disposal of wastewater and solid waste are made as well as 'consents to operate' under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 are obtained.</p>
