The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that the fixed assets of the industry have been increased from Rs. 63.32 Cr. to Rs. 66.55 Cr. The industry is required to submit details of the increase in the fixed assets. Also the industry has not deposited NOC regularization for the increase in the fixed assets along with its application. Further, the industry has not submitted agreement made with JBR Tech Pvt. Ltd. with the application.
