<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry was visited by the undersigned and found that the industry is engaged in the process of cutting, stitching, steam/ electric pressing without any wet process. The process of the industry is covered under green category. The industry has installed one baby boiler same was not in operation during visit. The stack of the baby boiler was found rusted and broken. The representative of the industry informed that the stack of the Boiler is under repair and same will be install within 10 days.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, application of the industry under the Air Act, 1981 be returned to it with an advise to resubmit the same after installing adequate stack on its baby boiler.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The application cannot be return from my portal as its scrutiny is already completed. It is therefore, requested approval to return the same be given, please.</p> |
