<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it has been observed that the project proponent has applied renewal of the application on name and style of M/s Shri MS Assay and Hallmark Centre, Shop No. B-2, Building Gold Complex, Chowk Tahliwala, Amritsar. On going through the office record, it has been observed that there is no such unit on the above name exists in this office. Further, the project proponent has not submitted the compliance of the previous granted NOC/consents in annotated form. If the NOC/consents have not been granted to the unit, the project proponent needs to apply for new applications instead of Renewal.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">May if approved, the application be returned to project proponent to apply afresh after removing the above mentioned shortcomings please.</p> |
