File Note: <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>It is intimated that the industry is a small scale green category unit.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The industry has applied for consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for the proposed product Packaged drinking water @ 68 KLD.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 18000/- vide UTR No. 579106607 dated 10.01.2023 which is adequate for one against the fixed assets of Rs. 10.39/- Crore. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The industry has also submitted the certificate issued by the DTP, Ludhiana vide letter no. 5 dated 02.01.2023 which stating that the site falls in Mixed land use along road front zone as Master Plan, Samrala (2012-31). As per the DTP certificate the green category of industries is allowed in this zone. The industry has to provide widening strips as the front road has to be widened to 150 feet. The industry has submitted detailed project report, partnership deed, registry copy, GST certificate and other documents.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><span style="color: red;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">The site of the industry is located at Samrala Road, Village Bhardhala, Tehsil Samrala. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>As per the project report submitted by the project proponent. The industry has proposed to install packaging drinking water plant. The industry has proposed to install an RO system for utilization of RO permeate in the mineral water bottling. RO reject(18.6 KLD) has been proposed to be discharged onto land for plantation for which the industry has earmarked the land within its premises. The industry has also proposed to install 1 No. D.G set of capacity 100 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The site of the industry was visited on 01.02.2023 and it was observed that the boundary wall as well as the shed has already been constructed. No machinery has arrived at site. The industry has already provided around 3000 sq. yards of land under karnal technology which is adequate for holding the discharge of RO reject.
