| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has scrutinized and observed as under:-
1. The industry was previously granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 w.r.t. to C.A as on 31.12.2022 to the tune of gross of fixed assets of Rs. 66.91 Crores and plant & machinery Rs. 45.38 Crore. Now as per the current C.A certificate the gross of fixed assets is Rs. 68.06 Crores and plant & machinery Rs. 46.16 Crores. However, the industry has not submitted detail of additional machinery installed in this period in its premises. Kindly clarify.
2. Further, the industry is required to submit NOC regularization fee of Rs. 10,800/-
3. The industry is also required to submit/verify 10% penalty consent fee under each Act w.r.t. the late application submission fee.
4. The industry is required to clarify as to what changes are made in the industry w.r.t. machinery/process/waste water generation and disposal/emission generation.
5. The industry is required to clarify regarding the decrease quantities of raw material and production viz-a-viz increased value of plant and machinery as per the C.A certificate.
6. The industry is required to clarify regarding the changes of source of fresh water supply from Jattpura Minor to Own tubewell and its requisite permission from the PWRDA.
7. The industry is required to submit revised building plan from competent authority regarding increased machinery as per the C.A. certificate.
