<p>Sir, show cause notice for refusal was issued the BKO and in reply to that, the representative vide its letter dated 02.02.2023 submitted that they have planned to restart the BKO after long brake (after conversion to Zig-Zag technology) and they need 15-20 days time to complete the Code of Practice.</p>
<p>Since the BKO has primarily adopted zig-zag technology, so it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the BKO upto the adequacy of fee deposited with special condition that:-</p>
<p>1. The BKO shall complete the Code of Practice in all respects within 1 month and shall submit the compliance in this office.</p>
<p>2. In case the BKO failed to comply with special condition no. 1, the consent granted shall be revocked . </p>
