<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly pursue the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated the industry has obtained CTO under the green category for Energy meter @ 9,00,000 Number/Year, thereafter it was obtained CTE expansion under the green category for increase the product from energy meter @@ 9,00,000 Number/Year to 41,00,000 Number/Year.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now It has applied the varied CTO under both Acts in the green category for energy meter @5000000 number /year, as per agenda note fee is adequate upto 19/1/23.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> It is intimated as per RO verification, the industry has changed the process and now the industry falls in the orange category, the industry has not installed the APCD to capture the process emission generated from the orange category process. RO has also reported that industry is not complying with the various terms and conditions of the consents granted by the Board under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 .</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The industry has submitted an undertaking that the orange category process shall be removed within a week's time. The industry has installed Environment Data Board. But RO has not made the verification the same.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved SCN for refusal CTO under Water Act,1974 may be issued to the industry with an opportunity to submit the reply within 7 days. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
