<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px; background-color: #ffffff;">The site falls within 1.5 Km- 2km of nearest MC and accordingly air </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">emission standards of 350 mg/Nm3 are applicable. </span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">Therefore, CTO under Air Act,1981 be granted to the industry for a short period upto 30.06.2023 with additional special condition that the industry shall get it's emission samples analyzed from Board's lab within 15 days.</span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">Also AEE shall ensure to carry out air emission sampling within above specified time period.</span></p> |
