<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that earlier PP has obtained the CTO under the Water Act,1974 dated valid upto 30/9/23 for the development of Showrooms @ 145 and Shops @ 7 under the name and style M/s BB Developers, NH-21 Opposite G.B.P Centrum, Village Singhpura, Zirakpur, Derabassi, SAS Nagar for Domestic Effluent @ 39.0 KLD /After STP.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has applied for the renewal of CTO under the Water Act, of 1974.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> RO has reported that the treated domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation on adjoining land as at present there is no sewer available. The plantation area has not developed as per Karnal Technology. The treated effluent has not been used for flushing purposes, PP has not maintained the proper record regarding the operation of the STP installed as well as the treated effluent is used for plantation. The PP did not comply with the provision of the Water Act, of 1974. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">PP has not made arrangements for the disposal of treated effluent onto land for plantation as per Karnal technology. PP has not submitted the reply w.r.t SCN.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2) SCN for revocation CTO under Water Act,1964 ( Valid up to 30/9/23) may be issued to the PP with an opportunity to submit the written reply within 15 days. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the PP and also give his comments on what arrangements have been made by PP being a Bulk waste generator Details of plantation area available with PP with documents need to be uploaded with comments on adequacy and Monitoring of STP be also incorporated please and send the fresh recommendation, please.</span></p>
