<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">It is intimated that the stack height of BKO in the agenda note was mentioned as 12 mtr, which is a typographical error. However, the stack height of BKO is 30 mtr, which is adequate as per norms of the Board. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The BKO has not obtained NOC from the Board and established without NOC from the Board. Further, the BKO is existing unit. There is no certificate of revenue authority and DTP about siting guidelines on record. Thereafter, the BKO had granted consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 four times.</span></p>
