It was granted consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 21.12.2022.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Now it has applied for renewal of consent under Air Act, 1981 by depositing fee upto 31.3.2024.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The site of the industry was visited by AEE on 27.01.2023 and industry was found complying. The analysis results of emission samples collected during visit were also found within prescribed limits.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">In view of above, it is recommended that the validity of consent to operate granted to the industry under Air Act, 1981 may be further extended upto 31.3.2024.</span></p>
