<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for the product AUTO PARTS @ 17 MTPD </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted the first electricity bill as the proof of date of commissioning i.e. February, 2018.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab.The industry falls in industrial zone i.e. Industrial Area –C as per the Gazette notification </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 1,21,500/- vide UTR No. N017232293293859 dated 17.01.2023 (Rs. 1,16,500/- water consent fees and Rs. 5000/-<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Notional fees), Rs. 72000/- vide UTR No. N030232307620916 dated 30.01.2023 and Rs. 1,36,400/- vide UTR No. N017232293285474 dated 17.01.2023 (Rs. 116500/- air, Rs. 14400/- as NOC regularization fee & Rs. 5000/- as notional fee) & Rs. 72000/- vide UTR No. N030232307620913 dated 30.01.2023 as air consent fees, which is adequate upto 31.03.2031 against the fixed assets of Rs. 1050.78/- Lacs. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 01.02.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has installed 2 no. induction billet heater with presses of varying capacity. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has falls in industrial zone i.e. Industrial Area –C.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2030 with usual conditions.</span></p> |
